    Thanks Mr.RSS - very interesting locomotives. FWIW, Tasmanian state railways are 3ft 6 in gauge (ie, Narrow Gauge) , which can be a but difficult to model as our trains are models of 4ft 81/2 in. (Standard Gauge) equipment. Modelling the system using 'Normal' standard gauge rolling stock could be done, but it would require a large amount of effort.

    Of course, if one went the Sn3 1/2 way (as used in New Zealand to model their 3ft. 6in. system), things would be slightly easier...
