    The problem with Traction and Streetcars in general is that everybody loves them. :cool: This is one of the biggest temptations I face in continuing to model the GM&O. :rolleyes: Great pic! (y)

    I've read that there were streetcars in Pittsburgh up to '71.

    "The problem with Traction and Streetcars in general is that everybody loves(d) them." Sadly, GM, Standard Oil, and Firestone Rubber did NOT! So, put the streetcars, trolleys, and interurbans out of business so they could run busses with diesel fuel and rubber tires. AAARGH! :mad:
