Well CSX has had the recently repainted Dash 9 with wings for over 2 weeks now! UP 9628 (former CNW) was interchanged to the CSX at New Orleans on Dec. 20th, and UP has not seen it since. And with all the Foamers in the area it is suprising that nobody can seem to get pics. Oh well.

Oh well.<HR></BLOCKQUOTE> Don't worry about it, the unit will get back to home rails sooner or later. With all the run-through agreements, and re-payment of horsepower hours, units wander offline all the time. Sooner or later, they've gotta come back home! Paul #3 ------------------ Have A Nice Day!
Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. UP has ordered QUITE A FEW wide-cab locos, so you'll have more wings than you'll be able to deal with. Besides, have you been to Dolores Yard within the past few days? Almost every loco there was either a SD70M or an SD90MAC, and almost (if not all) had wings on their noses. .........Thanx 4 listenin'........Q
And more wings on the way see my post Ac6000's. http://www.trainboard.com/Forum27/HTML/000111.html Welcome Q-train to trainboard. Thanks for your post I hope to see more of your posts in the future. ------------------ Regards Paul #1-Moderator & Member number 50 SPAD Investigator #1 ICQ 61198217 http://users.bigpond.net.au/railroad2000 [This message has been edited by Colonel (edited 07 January 2001).]
