With more than 20 years of rail industry experience, Spellman is a professional engineer, who has been involved in the planning, design and construction of commuter, light rail and freight rail lines. His expertise encompasses consulting, program management and signaling/train control, both nationally and internationally. Spellman’s notable project work includes lead engineer roles for the Los Angeles Metro Gold Line (L.A. to Pasadena, Calif.); United Kingdom’s Cromer Resignaling Project; Denton County (Tex.)
