Earlier today I was helping out on the Discussion topic "Bombarder Bigest in the World" in the "Railnews" forum. By showing the differnces between the GE C40-8M EMD/GMD SD50F EMD/GMD SD60F MILW/Bombarder HR616 and posted pictures of the units to show the differnces. These pictures are not mine and I would be happy to show you where I found them First site was http://www.dnaco.net/~gelwood/other/cn.html this site is not CN based in fact it is EL based BUT it has TONS of pictures of other roads and in some cases plenty of info. Second Site was http://mile262.railfan.net/ This site is ALMOST solely CN and has some good info. Third Site is http://www.cnlines.com/cycl/loco/index.html This Site IS SOLELY CN. and has info on purchese/retirement and other info on units It is a great resource... but can be a little lacking on photos sometimes.
Thanks for the sites. I have a liking for CN locomotives, as these were some of my first sightings of North American power. Bookmarked for future browsing
