It's being moved to Montreal at the end of June due to declining container traffic through the Falls... less than 10 containers per day last year. Hopefully this won't affect the yard itself... one of my favourite train-watching spots in the summer. D6
I worked out of Toronto last year for a bit, and with the few trips I had oput there. I was suprised they kept up this buisness. I don't think it will affect anything at all. Just a few less trains stopping for traffic.
