Forgive me but I didn't take the time to search to see if this subject has been already covered. I got my new smart phone Saturday afternoon. My new phone being so smart my wife had to carry it till Monday when I had to take it to work with me. Here is where you laugh. So on to my question. Now that I have one and I here the app store is to big to just browse like wally world. I need fellow train nuts to point me in the right direction and maybe just maybe we can help others like me. The first one I think I need is the "Tap??? something that does something to me or for me or is it for my phone? See already I am lost in my own thoughts. Remember be kind I am a first timer. :startled: :headspin:
Mr. T, I sympathize with you. Our son gave his "old" iPhone4 to my wife, then our grandson had to set it up for her. Me, I'm still very happy using a "dumb" flip-phone for only making calls, much to the displeasure of our grandson... LOL
OK so I didn't think I was that much dumber then my phone, but I don't see any use for this. I thought it had something to do with getting me to trainboard faster or am I doing something wrong.:frustrated:
Once tapatalk was installed you have to add trainboard to it's list of sites. Once you do that and add in your username and password, it will be listed there. Tapatalk makes the site easier to read on a smartphone.
Agreed, a lot of the headers get distorted and linos break on my phone browser. Onoy site i have trouble with that, but Tapatalk has been an unexpected blessing. Also makes photo uploading a lot easier too Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk
Hey makes a difference when I use it right. Thanks for the tutorial. Sent from my LG-US780 using Tapatalk
I still have a dial phone. My granddaughter before she was 2 could take her dad's smartypants phone, find a video of herself, play it, flip to the next one, play it. Not me. My wife made me get an emergency cell phone several years ago......I drive an old Jag, and, well, ya never know....but I don't even know the phone number or how to find stuff on it. Still not sure how to listen to messages. Not for me...but glad you enjoy it. Dave
