The Silver Star off the General Pershing Zephyr, gifted to Mt Newman Mining (now part of BHP Billiton) in Western Australia in the 1960s, was retired as BHPB's inspection coach earlier this year. It has been plinthed outside the Courthouse Gallery in Port Hedland and will open as a cafe and restaurant on 27 October. Cheers David
