something similar has been on ebay for years. I do have a friend who installed a few on a prior layout, and he reports they work well, though the heads are not at all scale.
They look a little strange too, with the single signal head positioned to the left of the mast. With one signal head mounted, most are hung squarely in front of the mast. [SAL signal, 01/10/2015, Elgin, SC]
