Got this Bu-ick wagon really like the looks. Plastic body now not metal that screws not riveted to the chassis. Just need a couple more to get the burgundy and leaf green ones.
Those things were built like tanks "well, not really" but they were heavy tough cars, rode like a dream. Miles per gallon was not an issue.
The only problem with using those old wagons was if the rear end got bent down so it was dragging, you were all done- you weren't going anywhere. I couldn't resist them either, especially since there aren't all that many full size "tanks" from the 70s available. The colors they are offering are also very typical of the period. As far as the plastic bodies are concerned, I like the assembly with screws as it's much easier to add drivers, passengers and things like custom wheels, etc. I also think the details look better.
Agreed RailMix. Mine are going to have the battling kids, groceries in the back. And one frustrated mom driving.

@gjslsffan Already hit the dip tank so we'll see what comes out of the paint booth lol. Heck they might even visit your turf lol.
A bit dusty, but for as cheap as I got it, I’ll gladly clean it up! LoL Going to weather it, so you can say I’m going to clean it to make it dirty

Those 2-10-4's were monster, brutish looking locomotives, as my Grandpa who never was an engineer on one would say , "Brother, that looks like it would pull Hell, off the cross".
