The glue must be able to adhere to acrylic. To finish the parts, it is necessary to soak them in Bestine for 24 hours.

Methylene Chloride, Tenax, Ambroid Pro Weld, etc. will glue (solvent weld) acrylic to ABS and styrene. I do it all the time.

I would like to see some more contemporary crew members available. Like people with baseball caps on instead of the engineers old hat and uniform type stuff you see available from other mfgrs. Perhaps some with the safety vests on, conductors with pac-set radios and lanterns, sunglasses and all. I dont know if that too far away from the other things you have designed and made, (which they look great by the way).

It seems no one makes late 70's - 80's US prototype P/U trucks. crew cab, standard cab Fords, Chevys, Dodge and the like. You can get 50's and 90's but very little in between it seems, or maybe I just cant find them. You can find practically every model of passenger car but no pickup trucks.

While these arent locomotive details I think they would be popular for us 50-ish somethings that grew up with them.

Can you make cupolas that would fit Atlas cabooses? Frisco had a different side window arrangement that would be cool to have available.

The cars and people are out of my reach and set of skills, but the frisco arrangements sound like a good idea. Can you PM me some drawings of the piece?
