I was wondering if anyone has an update for the remaining SD40-2s? In particular the SP version that was to ship last June. My dealer got a revised ship date of 12/18, but that train has left the station. It looks like the CN is in the consist. Mark
From the horse's mouth......(MTL) the ATSF scheduled for mid month in January is bumped again till February and the SP is to follow in March..................................................................................................we hope
Loren, Thanks. It would be nice if the horse would update the home page: no mention of SP and ATSF is still listed for mid-January. Better yet, list them as "new for 2020" and we'll all be happy when they're released early. Mark
Mark, do you recall the tv show Mr Ed? Horse's name was Wilbur. Well, I just talked with Wilbur at MTL (Sara) before I posted to TB and she told me about the delay and then the expected March release of ATSF. I believe her because she is passing on what she hears from the production boys. The question keeps nagging me................what if she is being fed another line of horse ----? It has happened too many times before.
I was looking at them at zscalemonster.com, looks like some of the road names have been cancelled..... The GATX, C&O, and the Conrail.
