Quite the haul! A pretty Alco face, a snooty Dash-2, a turbocharged kitten, a rare E5B and rarer SD45B, fresh paint and less than fresh paint on a couple of golden oldies. Sweet!
Oh my gosh, there's a guy leaning out the CB&Q B-Unit's window, hostling it about. Not much visibility there and no air horn or bell I'll bet.
If it has hostler's controls and was moved independently, I would believe it was also required to have the appropriate safety devices, bell and horn.
