Adding a non-commercial site, or a site not offering products for sale: Before submitting a site, please search the directory for it. If it is not in the directory, you may submit it. All web sites submitted to the directory should be railroad related. You do not need to be the owner or operator of a site to submit it. If you submit a site that you are not the owner of and that person later contacts us, we will switch the password to one of their choosing to allow them to modify the entry when necessary. Sites submitted through this form should not offer retail products for sale. Sites retailing products should use the premium URL submission form. See below for more information on submitting a site. We reserve the right to reject any submission to this directory. Sites submitted through this form usually appear in the directory within a few hours. Make sure you include a valid e-mail address in case we need to contact you. We do not sell or distribute e-mail addresses. Adding a commercial site that offers products for sale: We charge a $10 annual fee to sites that offer products for sale from their sites. Due to the large amount of traffic that the site receives, we feel that the fee is a fair price for the traffic that will be generated from the directory, and the funds pay for the directory to continue to be on-line. We can collect the payment online through PayPal via the premium URL submission form, which will lead you automatically through the process. If you are not comfortable using this system, a check or money order may be sent through the mail to pay for the listing. We also offer very affordable banner advertising as well and those advertising on the site receive a free listing in the directory. For information on advertising rates, e-mail us. We understand that whether or not a site qualifies for a free listing or a premium listing can be ssomewhat of a gray area. We do our best to make these judgements and be fair to all our members and guests.
