We went for a cruise in the Southern Caribbean before Christmas, and at a couple of the ports there was some interesting shipping ops going on. All I had was my phone camera and innate poor photography skills, but maybe some of these are useful to someone.

The entire "Shipping and Containers" album is in RailImages. Thirteen photos total.

Here are a few samples, you should be able to zoom for better details.

Three small container freighters at anchor. It almost looks like the farthest one (blue) has a tracked crane on deck.

A "small" mover lifts the container so the truck can drive away.

A photo showing the "small" mover on the right (empty), and a larger one on the left moving a container. I was surprised at how quickly these things move.
