1) Bridgewerks has yet announced another new transformer called the Magnum 220-RM. This is a 20 amp 2 track transformer which features analog gauges for each track. Just as a reminder for those not familiar with Bridgewerks transformers, The 20 amp series of transformers are not fully remote controlled, they only have remote throttle control, direction still has to be changed manually, the 15 amp trasnformer such as the Magnum 1000 DL is fully remote control. ___________________________________________________________________ 2) Kadee has announced all new couplers for your Large Scale Trains. It is a NEW series of “G” scale couplers with a much more prototypical appearance and features. These new couplers will be packaged with the coupler “only” with no boxes and are designed to use our existing large scale draft gear boxes. So you can easily change out the older couplers without the need to purchase a complete coupler package. USA Trains is hosting a open house USA Trains is hosting a open house on October 24,2009 from 9am to 5pm. Open house will be at Charles Ro Supply 662 Cross Street, Malden Mass. Before anyone gets upset that I have listed a vendor, Charles Ro owns USA Trains, he just happens to also own a hobby store which he sells all gauge trains, so I don't think I'm breaking any rules by listing a vendor.
