Have just now received an email from my local Division, that the NMRA National Convention at St Louis, Missouri on July 12th 2020 has been Canceled. They are trying pick up the pieces, and will get refunds sent out. As a long time NMRA Member, I was looking forward to this Convention, had already registered, reserved a room at the Motel I stay at when around St Louis. And the Convention was fairly close to home. OH WELL, LIFE goes on...................
Sad news but not unexpected considering the sate of things. Maybe that will mean next years will be all the better.
Vacations, conventions, meetings all of that - poof. Or postponed or put on Zoom. Ya just can't put vacations to the mountains on Zoom. Just doesn't work. ☻
Next year will be the 2021 in Santa Clara, CA. It was also in Santa Clara in 2000. I hope to have my Lester, WA TTZ module set completed in time and get a spot at the show to display it. That's if this pandemic ever ends.
