    I got 6 Aristo covered hoppers, So far I have lowered 3 and painted them. I hope to have 9 total when done, to pull with the RS-3

    You have me curious. Is there a discrepancy amongst the manufacturers? Such that coupler heights are unequal? Or was this more for better appearance?

    More to lower the whole car, they looked like they rode too high

    I should have looked a little closer. Now I can see that the couplers are truck mounted.

    An RS3? Have you posted a photo of it? I don't recall?

    Your right.

    Aristo and USAT first generation cars are all a little too high. One of these days I'll start a project to get all mine lowered but your way ahead of me. Nice work. Looks great. :D
