Have you tried viewing the "Timeline Resource Page" using Chrome?

Just now. Looks fine to me. Checked it the laptop and phone running Chrome. Have you tried refreshing the page?

    No change.

With Chrome, the line "Railroad Milestones Since 1945 - A Tool for Modelers" stops after the word "tool" and then "for Modelers" appears on a second line which overlaps the text that begins with "We've all had timeline questions."
Likewise, the balance of the text which follows "Flags addresses railroad" gets overlapped by the various timeline boxes.

    Using Firefox, everything appears normal.

Looks perfectly normal to me. Page formats almost identically in both Chrome and Firefox (latest versions on each). Only things that look different are the buttons in the Nav panel on the left. In Chrome, the text is bold while it isn't in Firefox

On initial viewing on an iPhone it's all scrambled up.

Unfortunately, refreshing the page doesn't work. But if I close the page and reopen it's formatted correctly.

Do you have your font size set to "Large" in your chrome advanced settings? That's how I have mine set and it looks the same as yours. If I change my font size to medium, , it looks correct.

    Yes.
So why does this have such an effect only with the Bluford site?

Pretty sure the Ann Arbor hoppers are way out of my era.

By this I mean, I'll be getting all three numbers. :D
