I've had the 980 log loader for sale for a while now but have not gotten around to advertising it. Just found out that the older version of the 980 wheel loader got rejected after successfully printing many times and being for sale for many years. So I just posted the "new" version of the wheel loader that was actually done 3+ years ago (or longer?). These newer versions have more articulation in the steering and are a bit easier to build since I eliminated the housing around super structure to protect the railings during post production and shipping. Railings are still fragile so be careful handling and finishing them.

Since we are not allowed to post a direct links here (which I think z scale forum should be excluded from since hardly anyone makes products in z scale now....), you can find links to my store and models here: https://www.trainboard.com/highball/index.php?threads/micro-american-rail-prototypes.129192/

Hopefully I'll have more Marklin conversion kits up for sale soon too....

    Happy New Year everyone!

If you are looking for more Marklin conversions, I may have found a few prototypes that could potentially salvage the "the locations of the hopper doors don't match up with the slope sheets mistake" on the Marklin hopper...assuming one is willing to overlook the different # of side panels on the model vs the prototype, possibly some dimensional differences as well...

The first two boil down to relocating the bolsters and converting it from a triple to a quad hopper:

    http://prr.railfan.net/freight/classpage.html?class=H21

There are also some variations of these two cars.

LV covered hopper conversion from quad hoppers:

PRR H21k and H21l with ballast doors:

So far, I've been able to get the Marklin freight cars that I actually want without getting stuck with one of these cars (or the boxcar that I'd say is actually worse than the hopper), but my luck will eventually run out...
