I ran across the following when looking at loco's on ebay... 'Union Pacific UP 1402 F3A DCC Only Kato N Scale. .... The model runs well in DCC address 1402. .... The unit is powered. This engine is not DCC ready but can be easily converted to DCC. ' I'm new to this and wondered how the loco can run on DCC with the 1402 address but then they say 'engine is not DCC ready but can be easily converted to DCC'? I've read that you can run a single DC loco on a DCC track with no other loco's on the track at the same time. Is that correct and is that what they are saying above? Thanks, Sumner
