I think a speak for a lot of folks inasmuch as while we might love railroading and be quite knowledgeable, we (I) lack that first hand experience from posts like this that can aide me in being more of a Mr Smartypants. If you and um, DJ ever ran CSX 'tween Cincy and Columbus, you might have been annoyed at my railfanning!!!!
Interesting! Very Interesting. DJ sounds an awful lot like my relatives who operated Steam transitioning to the Diesel era. They hated the diesels and the way they operated. New sounds, new controls, uncomfortable cabs, hard to see out of and so on. Who'd of thought the new CW's, would be uncomfortable. Let's hear more.
