Good morning I was wondering if anyone has one that is in use. How good is it and I know that it was made in the 70's
I know this is an old post, but I found it in a search engine, and thought my response might help another person down the road... so here it goes. An MRC Train Power 5 is all I used for many many years! It's an incredible setup, and can even be used with a walk-around throttle. In fact, I still use the Train Power 5 on my small DC layouts. I model small layouts in HOn30, and I use a Train Power 5 for the control, and love it! I use DCC on my large layout, but for my small have fun layouts, I keep it simple and easy using DC and my Train Power 5, and it works great! Super slow speeds as well with this pack.
