According to CN staff, CN is increasing its track condition monitoring by inspecting the track, using vehicles like this one, at least 10 times a year. well, last night from my yard, we dispached a test train w988??? or something like that... had a 52xx leading with a pair of test cars in trail... i can't remember the train #'s as i didn't test that one.. i did 308, 306, 201, 385, and one other last night...

That CN unit could have come right out of a James Bond movie. They had something similar in "Goldfinger" in the scenes where Goldfinger breaks into Fort Knox.
