I read this report elsewhere. The amount of money ordered is pitiful. It doesn't even touch the amount of loss. Unless their laws limit such paybacks, this is nothing less than disgraceful. The victims are victimized yet again. Too typical. No wonder many folks these days have so little respect for legal systems.
