    It operates from Louisville to Indianapolis over ex-PRR trackage. Note the PRR Keystone on the rear of the loco. There track is now being used for an Amtrak overnighter from Indy to Louisville.

    The L&I does very well moving local traffic and acting as a bridge route for some CSX traffic. Its track is ok, but not high speed quality.
