I have found recently that I have to login three times and have to use two old passwords and a new one I recently changed to. My cache and browsing history have both been cleared.
    HP Envy
    Firefox 54.0.1
    Windows 10
    Brand new computer

Thank you for your help and time
    Dave

You aren't the only one this happens to. I can switch from my Dell PC, to my Google Lap Top and I have to log in. Security measures I'm sure.

The other thing that happens to me is when Dell does a update, depending on the type, it will wipe out my cookies. I hate it when my computer munches down my Nutter Butter s.

Then I get to (get to) reset everything. Aiiyiiyii.

Never mind what my cat's can do to rue a perfect day. Step on a F stop and shut everything down. What's a guy to do?

How do I get an administrator's attention to help with this issue?

Make sure your browser has cookies enabled. If not, the site will think each access is new. There should be no issue with the combination you show, I use FF and W10 with no issues.

Also, make sure you are accessing Trainboard through a URL which starts with www.trainboard.com/highball. If your bookmark still refers to "grapevine " you are referring to the old site

    Rick,
Thank you for your time and help. I had already done what you suggested.
Have you ever felt sick enough to go to the Doctor and just as you're getting into the car you suddenly feel better. Well the same thing sorta just happened. I didn't change any settings and tried to logon. Shazzam, it worked. Go figure. Maybe my computer just wanted to be pampered a bit.
    Thanks again.

Dave, yes, sometimes our computers work in mysterious ways.

Sorry for not catching your initial post. I was traveling earlier this week. I think a number of the staff have been busy with summer trips of late.
