No matter how fast or slow the weekend goes, Monday always comes. How did you do over the weekend? In a theme that is starting to get old, I got stuck spending all day Saturday doing domestic chores such as shopping so that by the time Sunday came, I had to do all the things I had planned to do for work on Saturday, on Sunday. So my T-Trak module sat on my work bench looking rather forgotten yet again. Next weekend I'll be gone for a work related show, so unfortunately, my T-Trak module will still be unfinished for the following week's train show. So how about you? Hopefully you fared better than I this weekend. Whatever your project this past weekend, big or small, let us know. A picture or two won't hurt either. We'll come back on Friday the 13th, oh my! I had more plans than progress, as usual. My daughter Annie came down for a visit. She had to get her car inspected (technically, it's "my" car, and registered here in Massachusetts) and needed some warmer clothes. So, we went out for Sushi on Friday, and then dealt with the car and got her a credit card of her very own on Saturday morning. Then we hopped on our bicycles and rode out for lunch. None of this was train-related, except the rails-to-trails bike path to Lexington, but it was thoroughly enjoyable on a perfect day. It's hard to believe, but she sleeps later than me. So, Sunday morning I got up and painted the trim on the last of the tannery buildings. Later in the day, I installed windows and assembled the walls into a building. I also got the decals on the tall smokestack. So, what used to be a ghost town... ...is now a group of buildings on pink foam...
