Looks pretty interesting but I'm concerned on the high to low transition time with the outputs being both HIGH or LOW when the INA/B flip state. It shows a typical "cross" time of 150usec which is more than one bit time. I suspect it would just need testing to see if the output signal can be generated reliably enough.
