Interesting. It is the Chemin de Fer Charlevoix. The falls visitor center is right near Chute Montmorency station... which is pretty much the last stop before getting into Quebec City. The tracks between there and Quebec are oddly overgrown. They must be very much less active than what's east of the falls. Maybe pandemic related? A lot of tourist railways sustained a big hit since 2020, being forced to cease operations, or restrict capacity, etc. Would be a shame to see that abandoned after all the work they put in, 10-15 years ago, upgrading and fixing the line up to the Charlevoix area east of Quebec. I saw a documentary around that time about the work they were doing (and the ex-CP RS18u loco they were using on the work train).
Three views of nearly the same location, just east of CP203.0, BNSF KO Sub. The foreground curves are seen at right in the last image. Afternoon: Morning: Elevated, at last light:
Interesting. By the river? That looks like its in the port, right around the King Edward pier and the Montreal Science Center.
Going to work I cross over the train tracks watching for the lineup of sun rise. Sent from my SM-A135U using Tapatalk

I have been starting to plan shots like this when sunrise or sunset lines up with the tracks somewhere. This is a great example!
You might have a train hiding somewhere in that pea soup and wouldn't even know it. Looks like the fog we had up at work early in the morning at the beginning of the week. Could just make out my car in the parking lot.

There was a big push to standardize road signs across the US in the mid 1950. Before that, many states had different signs. Stop signs were yellow in many places. https://www.trainboard.com/highball/index.php?attachments/atlantic-jpg.163678/
So named because of its proximity to K Street, this is K Tower at Union Station, Washington, DC. Rumor has it that it was built to handle train movements, but no trains were in sight when I briefly stepped off the Crescent en toute from Birmingham, AL to Trenton, NJ. [07/19/1985]
Nice station and tower! But that mess of wires up there looks like a giant spider web with bugs stuck in it.
