The Paint shop here at the HVRR has just approved a new paint scheme to be used on all currently unpainted or new locomotives. To see the new scheme and the old scheme, please go to my site below and click the link for the paint scheme on the main page.

Thank-you! It is actually a battle of the wits between my shaky mind and my shaky hand!

Yes, it is all hand painted. Sometimes it looks a bit shaky but it gives it that shortline appeal. Thanks for the kind comments.

You're braver than I am, Russ- I went out & bought decal stripes from Microscale (white) to
put on the P&MtP's blue diesels. I have enough trouble drawing a straight line with a ruler! :D

Bob, I don't think that it is so much being brave. I tried some custom decals and they never come out right. So, even though the handpainted lines don't come out entirely straight, they are permanent and they give my locos that shortline "roughness" appeal.

    Happy Railroading!
