Well I have a small section of my layout dedicated to HOn30. I just finished wiring it for DCC today. I have three locos with enough cars for three trains. I have an old AHM passenger train, an BCH 0-4-0 mine train, and a BCH diesel with multiple use cars. Now I just need to install decoders in them. I have two digitrax z scale decoders and will get a third decoder for the old loco. Now to figure out how to do the install. Those are some small locos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
I have one of the MinitrainS (done for BCH) Plymouths. Managed to get MT couplers done and they were at the correct height. I wish they would sell the shell separately. Could adapt it to many other projects.
Kaustav - Based on your requirements: > my biggest focus now is reliability, realism (sound, smoke etc.) and details. I would have to say that On30 would be your best option.
