    on aug 30th, i was admitted into the hospital. after rehab iand more hospital stays, igot home 1/15/22. i'm bedridden but getting in home therapy.hopefully i'll back modelling again soon.

    Ouch, that sucks… Glad to hear you are home again. For some reason all the needed skills and equipment for a speedy recovery is at the hospital, but people tend to get better quicker at home. Strange how that works.

    Hi Mike, glad to see you home. Please push yourself with rehab exercises. Not fun, but crucial to recovery.

    Having had two hips replaced, I had therapy both times, the first at home, the second at in-patient rehab. Recovery at home was more pleasant but took longer. Recovery at in-patient rehab was more successful and quicker. The difference was that in-patient rehab was more intense, twice a day, 2 hours at a time. At home, the therapist visited three times a week for less than an hour, other than that I was on my own. I did what I was told, but not as intently. OK, I was lazy, and it "hurt". :rolleyes:

    hope recovery is quick and works been thru 6 surgeries in the last 4 years so i feel your pain take it slow

    That's a very long time to be hospitalized.....not fun i'm sure.
