    Evening everyone,

Once again I’m back at it. I finally realized I’m doing too many different things but at least the most recent Christmas train was a big hit. I’ve been trying to sort out a time period for my HO layout and finally realized most of my rolling stock is mid 20th century so that’s how I’m going to proceed. I’ve got several buildings I built from kits, nothing too fancy but some weathering is helpful. I’d like to find some HO scale buildings made from other materials that date to the 30’s and 40’s. Some industrial and others residential, businesses, just standard stuff. Country homes, neighborhoods small towns. Where might I find kits other than Plasticville? Not around this town for certain but online or wherever else they might be. No train shows close by now. I’ve found a lot of this in G scales and like it so I want to do some of the same in HO. I’m seriously considering building from scratch. I can use some existing structures to get the size/scale and just make it up but some kits would be nice. Thanks.

    RickH.

Would any of the Walthers Cornerstone kits be useful?

Not sure, I’m not familiar with them. I’ll see what I can find, thanks.

Also the "Alpine Division" structure line (originally made by Suydam), most of those kits actually came out in the 50s-and look like that time period- and were still available until the last few years
