I just received a conditional offer letter from BNSF on Monday, November 10th. It told me that I had to click on the link to reply to the offer, which I did, but when I go to the job itself and click on 'view/edit' like I was told, there is nothing there to accept the job offer. I have emailed BNSF at 2 different email addresses and have not heard back on how to fix this. Any suggestions on what I should do? I have 72 to hours to reply! Thanks in advance!
If it was U.S.Mail there should be a return address. If e-mail, there should be a name and title for the person who sent the e-mail. I would use Directory assistance to get a phone number for the BNSF office that sent the letter and try to reach the person that way. At any rate BNSF is headquartered in Ft.Worth TX. You could try to reach someone there and explain your concerns. Charlie
