Given that some that wish to play are offline until 2010, let's say that GTC#001 will be posted sometime between Jan 1st and Jan 3rd. I will start the topic earlier but that first "image" will show up sometime in that 72 hour window without notice... So, get your skills warmed up and team communications setup. To get credit for the WIN, I will be looking for the GPS coordinates that roughly matchs my "PIN" location to eliminate any "guessing" of the location without actually finding the exact location. In the mean time, I will find a few more locations for future games too. Like the Amazing Race show, get ready to race around the world once again... :clock: :search: :clock2:
I can't wait to see how this game goes! Although I'm not playing actively in a team, I will enjoy searching along with everyone else. I also had another thought: I've been thinking about starting an off-topic version of this game down in the Cattle Car with more relaxed rules (i.e., the winner has the chance to post the next challenge, or defer if they wish). Would anybody object to that idea?

Team Captians With their being 2 (maybe 3) teams, I think it would be good if each team choose a Team Captain that could both coordinate the team's plan of search as well as give me a single point of contact within each team. :mnerd: :mnerd: :mnerd: :mnerd:
I don't really want to be team 1 captain since I'll be the one running the game soon. It will have to be Matt,Mike or Bob.
Would anyone else like to be in team 3? I'm afraid I don't have the time to search on a regular basis, so I'd prefer not to commit to a team right now.
