So I am thinking that it is common for the winner to start the next contest and as a 1st time winner (and probably last time I will win), here goes;
Well, all that I can think is Maryland. But as far as I know, there isn't a site like this in Annapolis, where USNA is sited. Next wild guess would be something CSX in Baltimore.
