Welcome to the Train Board, Red Bear! I haven't Personally heard anything about it here in Ft.Worth, Texas, but I'm sure someone in Oklahoma has. They will probably post something about it soon.

Do you know where it is located, or any towns close to it? Is it a tourist road, or commercial passenger or freight?

Tell us what you know, maybe we can help! :D

An original steam engine, and there may have been only one, is/was a static display on the reservation near Talequah, OK, a few years ago. I can't remember the years of operation. I think it was 1850-1880? I do remember the name on the engine was written in Cherokee and it is "Fire Road Railroad". My next step will be to contact the Heritage Center there.
