Again, I did not start shooting trains until May of 1999, so I only have ex-Conrails. I hope you enjoy them nonetheless.
OOps I double posted, Jeff tell us about your photography. how often do you go railfanning and what are you favorite subjects you like to photograph? [ 06 February 2001: Message edited by: Colonel ]
Another great picture Jeff... "ex-Conrail" is the only thing that many people have seen or will ever see Harold

This means I get about 1 hour at a time before work. I also get out with my 3-year old son and we "watch trains" together. He has a little Fisher Price camera and shoots them too (he's pretty damn good, too!). I am very open minded about what I shoot. If the lighting is good and it is a train, I enjoy trying to get the best shot possible. I have a few favorite locations but enjoy shooting just about anything anywhere.
That is a very good photograph! I have never managed to get a good night shot, not that I have tried very often Where did all that illumination come from? Do you have a mega-flash?
