I have seen DT&I GP38s in the Grand Trunk blue and red with the Starburst DT&I logo. I am trying to find out if they had the same in the GP40 or 40-2s. Thanks, Clint
Clint, I scanned the DT&I page and fallen flags site and couldn't find any photos of GP-40s in the bue/orange. The last order of GP40-2's delivered to the DT&I in 1979 had the Starburst logo but were the full orange scheme. The GTW section of the fallen flags had some patch jobs of ex DT&I's but they were all orange too. Now that doesn't mean that they didn't exist - i just could not find any. GP-38's GP-35s and even a GP9 had the star logo near the end.
