Decals

Hey everyone..... I have found some T2 and Highball decals that I am interested in. What's everyone's opinion of them? Specifically, how do they compare to Microscale's?

I haven't used anything but their ACI labels and Lube Plates, but I really like the highball sets. Each looks better than the Microscale sets. They're a little thicker, but that may be because of the layered colors of the ACI lables and lube plates.

I've used Highball's decals over the past few years. IMHO they are every bit as good as Microscale. I've only used single color decals, CR and PC 2 bay covered hoppers, W&LE coal hoppers, and D&H gondola's, these seem thinner than Microscale's decals to me. I've never used decals from T2.

 

Thanks guys -- I didn't know about Highball. Looks like some great stuff in their catalog.

 

And he keeps adding more goodness to his catalog. I just received the P&LE gondola sheet in the mail the other day. Highball sure has found a hole in my wallet for sure.
