Sorry for the late reply Matt! I'm using AnyRail, I'm limited to 50 pieces in the free version though, which is fine if you cheat and use flex track stretched out everywhere! Speaking of track, got 90% of my code 55 purchased. At least enough turnouts to do the whole mainline.
