Marklin issues a christmas car every year. I finally decided to treat myself to one. Here is my copy of this years model, complete with brakeman's cab.
One last picture. I posted the Reading Hopper already but could not find the Holly Hopper at the time of posting. These cars all metal with plastic wheels. I tried putting metal wheels on them but had to take them off as they were shorting out the track.
I had a Holly Sugar hopper just like that when I was a kid, but all plastic. Even had the same road number: My Dad's photo, October 1974.
