    Folks,

I just can't figure this out. I bought the programming track booster from Tony's Train Xchange. There's seems to be no rhyme or reason behind which decoders read, and which don't and, by this stage, I doubt it's me blowing decoders with faulty wiring. Lately I had a Con-Cor 4-8-4 and 2-10-2 not read with a NZ143IP--a plug-in. How could I screw that up? Out of six identical TCS-1 installs on a GP-20 frame, two would not read.

I've examined track cleanliness, contacts, wiring and isolation on the GP-20s.

Any ideas or suggestions would make my weekend!
