OK, I figured it out. I was trying to replace the image in an album where it was copied to. I went to the source album where it was first uploaded and changed it there. Then it corrected the second album.
Sometimes by asking them, it gets the gray cells going and I can come up with the answer. However, it does not always work that way. I am tired of thinking right now. Time for a stiff drink to put the gray cells to sleep.
