Soni Honegger, veteran steam locomotive mechanic and engineer, resigned his position with the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad. His departing letter detailed micromanagement by the C&TS Management Corporation board. He was so innovative and resourceful. Personally, I'm really mad. I know entrepreneurial types like this naturally cause sparks with bureaucrats, but this was one case where the victim is the railroad and her fans.
