I found a nice website called Abandoned Rails , which has some great info on such items as KCS's Shreveport Union Station and the Quanah, Acme & Pacific. The latter is not as extremely-detailed as Don Hofsommer's book on the Quanah Route, but as a thumbnail sketch it's a good one. IMO, it's worth a look.
