Ok, another dumb question from the technology impaired department. I spent the morning working on a new entry and hit save to draft. Finished it but now can't publish the saved entry. What am I missing? Also, I swear I could post my blog entries to Facebook, but don't see this option anymore either.

    I'm not a blogger so sorry I don't have a specific answer.

Maybe you can select the text of the draft and try posting it via a new entry?

I can't think of any suggestions. I only have a few posts to my little blog, and all have gone well. Hopefully I did not just jinx myself....

Mark, sometimes the simplest explanation is the key to success. I did what you said and it's up now. Not only that but it is currently annoying all of my friends on Facebook. Thanks Mark!

Ken, knock on some wood, you should be fine!

For Jim (and anyone else that wants/needs to know), to change a post from Draft status to Live, here's what you do.

1- Edit your post (put your mouse over the bold title and a little pencil will show up to the right. click on the pencil to edit)
2- Once in edit mode, scroll down to below your message text. You'll notice a section called "Additional Options".
3- Within that section is a subsection called "Miscellaneous Options" with an option for "Publish Status". Change it from "Draft Blog Entry" to "Publish Now", then click "Save Changes" and you're all set.

Note: Also, if you edit and end up in the simple-mode editor, you'll need to press the "Go Advanced" button to get to these features.
