My first wife could not stand my hobby. If I went to a train show she would give me a time limit to stay at it. Stopping at a train store while on a vacation was a nightmare. (This was just the hobby related things!) Forward to my current wife. She supports my hobby, encourages me to buy things and even insisted we had to have a room for a layout when we were looking for a new home. Also, no time limits at a train show and she comes with me! Things do get better and I wish you the best.
I got me Pacific Electric built Baldwin freight motor clone "blueprint" hung upstairs, and I am trying to figure out how to make a lamp out of my SD40-T2 number board.
ok, so I FINALLY got all of the needed track, and a 2x4 piece of oak ply, overkill, I know...not sure if I want the storm drain and bridges or not....as of now, I am holding off on the extension of Playa Desnuda
