Hi all. I have a lovely little n scale Bachmann S4 I bought from ebay a while ago for the princely sum of 50 dollars. It runs amazingly well on DC; slow speed creep, smooth, no hesitation, nice smooth lights, quiet! However, I have since gotten an NCE Powercab DCC system, and it will not program; the unit doesnt detect the decoder. I CAN program every other locomotive I own with DCC, so it isnt my DCC system I think. So far i have tried: Programming on main AND on program track (options in the decoder) Putting a 1k resistor across the rails, and repeated above I have tried resetting the decoder Nothing works. It makes tons of squeaks and squiggles when I put it on the track and the lights come on, so it is definitely getting power. Ideas? This thing is so teeny replacing the decoder is gonna be somewhat scary. Amanda
